During the Rugby World Cup  United Campervans rates will remain the same as usual, but will be subject to conditions that are additional to  United's normal terms and conditions.  We recommend that you carefully consider your requirements, and the conditions shown below before you make your booking.  Please note that we do not have access to tickets to any of the rugby games.

Additional Conditions:

1. A minimum hire period of 14 days will apply to all hires with a pick up between 01 September and 23 October 2011, inclusive.
2. Name changes of the hirer will not be permitted.  Such requests will be treated as new bookings and will be subject to availability.
3. Amendments to the period of hire will be accepted without penalty only up to three months in advance of the pick up date.  In all cases amendments will be subject to availability.
4. Amendments to the period of hire within three months of of the pick up date will be subject to an amendment fee of NZ$400.  In all cases they will be subject to availability.
5. Normal cancellation conditions will be strictly applied
6. Special promotional offers will not apply during the period of the Rugby World Cup.
