“My wife and I have been caravanning since 1966 and have RV'd in the USA, Canada, Australia (twice) and New Zealand ten years ago. Normally a poor correspondent, I am moved to write as your service in both taking up the vans and dropping them off was second to none............Your staff were extremely polite, helpful and efficient - which has not always been our experience - and I thought you would like to know. Sadly, with advancing years I do not think we shall visit NZ again but, needless to say, if we did it would be with United. We loved the forward control with excellent vision, which is what first attracted us to your company - and of course the service. We brought home many photos as happy reminders."
